Nice design of interiors in a double room. Location short walk to the train station, all shopping mall and dinning place, and a convenient store.

Overall it was a really really nice stay of the most best value for money hotels I stayed while in Busan. I got a room with a hot tub.

The staff are nice and really kind, managed the parking onsite. New-fashioned, huge room complete with 3 minutes away from the metro and 2x canned drinks and a great shower.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and had a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was tasty and the free WiFi was a bonus.

The elevator took forever to arrive. It's great for burning calories while waiting.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration of the hotel. The warm and inviting colors, along with the comfortable furniture, created a home-like atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and at ease. The hotel's general areas were also well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant environment to socialize and meet other guests. Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy-to-navigate hallways and spacious elevators that accommodated my needs perfectly.

The only thing that I would have asked for to make it a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated some additional support and attention, especially when it came to carrying my luggage or helping me with any specific requests.

I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable, spacious room that was just a stone’s throw away from the metro station and a lively street with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The friendly staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a taste of local cuisine. I also enjoyed the wonderful view from my room, the gym facilities, and the speedy Wi-Fi.

The toiletries provided could have been of better quality.

This hotel is a great value and highly recommended. The service was fantastic and the food exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed exploring the Busanjin-Gu district, it was definitely worth it. The receptionist at the hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The town house included convenient amenities such as a heating system, fridge, and personal computer.
